PANOS WEST AFRICA OFFERS GRANTS FOR ICT ACTIVISTS


The Panos Institute West Africa is offering grants to individuals working in the Internet and Communication Technologies (ICT) field in West and Central Africa to support their participation in regional and international ICT policy conferences.

Individuals with at least five years of experience in the ICT sector and who work with a recognised ICT organisation can apply for two-month grants worth US$2,500 to attend an event of their choice that deals with ICT policies.

The aim of the grants is to strengthen African participation in international ICT policy discussions.
