IPYS SEEKS ENTRIES FOR BEST INVESTIGATIVE REPORT ON CORRUPTION
The Institute for Press and Society (Instituto Prensa y Sociedad, IPYS) and Transparency International, with the financial support of the Open Society Institute, have announced the fifth edition of their annual award for the Best Investigative Report on Corruption in Latin America and the Caribbean. The winner will receive US$25,000. Two awards of US$5,000 will also be given to work of special merit. Reports published between 1 January and 31 December 2006, which uncovered significant aspects of a corruption case through a reporter's own investigation, are eligible.
Applicants must first fill out and send the application letter available at:
