PAKISTAN PRESS FOUNDATION GENDER IN JOURNALISM AWARDS 2007


The Pakistan Press Foundation (PPF) with the support of the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) is seeking entries for its fifth annual Gender in Journalism Awards.

The two awards recognise outstanding coverage of any issue by a female journalist and excellence in gender sensitive reporting (open to both male and female journalists) in the Pakistani print media in 2006. They are valued at 50,000 Pakistan Rupees (US$824) each.

Entries must be submitted no later than 15 April 2007.
