2007 BASTIAT PRIZE FOR JOURNALISM


The UK-based International Policy Network is accepting articles nominations for its 2007 Frédéric Bastiat Prize for Journalism, awarded to writers whose published work promotes the institutions of a free society with eloquence and wit.

The award, named in honour of the 19th century liberal French satirist and advocate of civil liberties, is open to journalists worldwide. A US$15,000 prize will be split among first, second and third place winners.

Deadline for entries is 30 June 2007.
