Help raise a million plus voices in honour of Aung San Suu Kyi, Burma's pro-democracy opposition leader, on her 65th birthday this week on 19 June. The US Campaign for Burma says hundreds of people all over the world have pledged to "arrest themselves" in solidarity with Aung San Suu Kyi and the Burmese people who, in the words of the Lady, are "living in prison without bars."

Aung San Suu Kyi's party, the National League for Democracy, won an overwhelming victory in 1990 elections but was denied power by the military, which has ruled since 1962. She is scheduled to be released in November 2010.
