Deutsche Welle has issued a call for submissions for the Best of the Blogs

Reporters Without Borders (RSF) has teamed up with Deutsche Welle, Germany's international broadcaster, for the Best Of The Blogs: an international weblog competition with a special focus on journalistic weblogs. Internet users can nominate exceptional blogs in 11 languages and 17 categories. There is a special category for blogs that defend freedom of expression, sponsored by RSF.

Deadline for submissions: 14 February
